  2. Coming from a Physio and Pilates teacher, there’s little evidence based work here. Poor video, planks have zero evidence for stability, and open chain leg work does nothing for knee control to prevent ACL rupture. Closed chain legwork all the way and learn to let your back MOVE with control, NOT brace.
