UFC light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones reacts to his unanimous decision victory over Anthony Smith at UFC 235, saying he feels good about his performance, but wanted to finish the fight. Jones gives a lot of credit to Smith and cites that the “Lionheart” was the most experienced fighter he has faced. Jones iterates that his illegal knee in the fourth round was “totally unintentional” and praises Smith for continuing the fight (1:19). In terms of when he will fight again, Jones needs to sit down with his coaches and get back in the gym (3:04). Jones says he is still interested in a fight vs. Brock Lesnar because it will be “extremely high risk and extremely high reward,” and thinks no one would be able to bring in the numbers like they would (6:01). Jones, when asked about fellow light heavyweight Johnny Walker’s knockout, says that he didn’t get to see any of the early fights but is excited for the future of his division (11:33).

  1. This guy has too many personalities. One day hes religious and loves everyone around him, next day hes a straight bitch. Maybe the bitch personality took over and popped those roids, the sweet jones had no clue.

  2. Most guys fall right into Jones game, I’m curious what he would do against walker, who is another psychopath and isn’t gonna take it easy.
I feel like he either KO Jones In the first minute or gets tired and Jones beats his ass

  3. Sorry but Jones would absolutely destroy Lesnar. Brock spends too much time pretend fighting and has zero striking and no gas tank. If Cain could dismantle him in one round Jon is just going to play with him

  4. Brock lesnar man really! I guess that is why they are fighters. Thats crazy. Brock is a heavy heavyweight. I dont know if jones can handle that power and wrestling. Then again I dont know if Brock is past his prime.

  5. I feel like especially in the past people ridiculed Jon for being fake but as of late, I truly believe he’s being more of his authentic self. He does seem grateful and he really means it when he compliments smith. I think he is growing, he’s an easy guy to hate, but he’s a human just like everyone else. We all fuck up, maybe he is or was a cheater but either way, he’s a great fighter and seems like a good dude
