Mercedes had been hinting to fans in recent weeks that a dramatic new livery was to be introduced, after sharing images on Twitter of various camouflage items, including parts of the car as well as a cap and sunglasses, before instead unveiling a colour scheme and design that has been consistent with the team since 2010.
