Tyron Woodley says he was prepared and ready to defend his welterweight title against Kamaru Usman, but the fight was like a bad dream. Woodley still believes he is the greatest welterweight fighter of all time as his goal is to get the belt back. Woodley compliments Usman’s patience and composure in the fight. He continues to give props to Usman for coming from The Ultimate Fighter all the way to champion of the welterweight division. Woodley says even though he does music and television on the side, he makes sure he saves energy and still “trains his ass off” for fighting. Woodley plans to get the welterweight belt back then move up to the middleweight division to win that belt.

  1. I was expecting that actually if you have a match like that you have to be100% prepare , Usman was perfectly dominant the hole 5 rounds, it's like Usman throws African magic on Tyron ’s body hhhh hands and legs was off , the best game for Usman ever, this match is like Habib's dominant style, Tyron knows that its 1000% not going to have rematch cause of his relation with Dana .

  2. T is trained by one of the best striking coaches in the states with Dick Rufus, and then has become so pull back, overhand right heavy. If he gets more of a dutch kickboxing approach, he would be so more impactful. He does not have to worry about the wrestling department, but his approach to kicking is subpar.

  3. He doesn't deserve a rematch and he is not the greatest welter weight of all time. He had a draw with Steven Thompson, the second fight was horrible. The next defense versus Mia he set a record for fewest punches in a title fight. The only fight he looked good in was against Till. He was a horrible champion.

  4. Usman won off of pure dirty wrestling and dirty boxing, he applied pressure all night nd never allowed tyron to get comfortable. Hats off to usman, TWood always gonna be my favorite welterweight, hopefully dana (I know it’s probably not gonna happen) will give tyron a opportunity to get the belt back but truthfully I highly doubt it, dana hates tyron w/ a passion

  5. Not taking anything away from Usman but Tyron seemed different. He made it seem like I could go out there and rag doll him. Maybe Usman really I that good that he made it seem easy.

  6. Tyron lost that fight "Marty" didn't win. I can say this though, I don't want to see another Tyron/"Marty" fight thats for sure. The top 3 fighters in the welterweight division are absolutely awful to watch. Usman/Tyron?Colby are ALL boring huggers. I won't pay to watch any of those three.
