This will be the seventh FA Cup meeting between Wolves and Liverpool – Wolves have won four of the previous six, including the last such meeting in January 2017 (2- 1 at Anfield).

Both teams come into this game hoping to bounce back from Premier League defeats. Wolves were beaten 2-0 by Crystal Palace, while Liverpool suffered their first defeat of the season at the hands of Manchester City, cutting their lead at the top of the table to four points.
