And Mourinho is now ready to sell the midfielder, with Anthony Martial, Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind also on the list of players the Portuguese manager will allow to depart Old Trafford.
Darmian welcomes Juventus interest
Matteo Darmian has welcomed the interest being shown in him by Juventus as he edges towards a summer move away from Manchester United.
Taken to Old Trafford by Louis van Gaal in 2015, the versatile defender enjoyed a productive 2016-17 campaign under Jose Mourinho.
The 28-year-old has, however, slipped back down the pecking order in the current campaign, making just 13 appearances, and is now wanted back in his native Italy by Juventus.

City to hand Guardiola £200m war chest
Manchester City’s owners will sanction £200 million for Pep Guardiola to spend this summer, reports the Mirror.

Thomas Lemar, Fred, Jorginho, Jean Michael Seri, Julian Weigl, Riyad Mahrez and Toby Alderweireld are just a few of the names City could target this summer.
Man Utd set Martial price
Manchester United will only sell Anthony Martial if they receive a bid of at least €50 million, according to Calciomercato.com.

Jose Mourinho could sanction a sale for the forward, but he’ll have to receive a significant offer to let Martial go.
Barcelona step up Umtiti talks

Rather than pen fresh terms, Rashford wants to wait to see if Jose Mourinho will bring in even more attacking options this summer.

Madrid willing to sell Ceballos to Liverpool
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has given the green light to sell Dani Ceballos to Liverpool, claims Don Balon.
The 21-year-old midfielder has struggled for playing time in his first season at the Bernabeu, and Jurgen Klopp’s side are interested in offering the Spain U-21 international an escape route.
Perez, however, will only sanction a move if a buy-back clause is included in the deal.
