The early 2000’s was a difficult period for the performers, while at the same time, more opportunities started presenting themselves to the young guns. WCW and ECW going out of business meant that the former WCW and ECW Superstars needed to find work, mostly in the WWE, but promotions such as Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling gave the new breed of wrestlers an opportunity to make something of themselves in the industry. In this video, we take a look at ten former WWE wrestlers from the 2000’s, and what they’re up to today.

  1. SO GLAD the class action against WWE was thrown out. These wrestlers are trying to make money by saying the WWE didn't tell them about brain injuries (concussions). Well, apparently their trainers didn't tell them either. Maybe all the steroids and painkillers and other drugs and alcohol affect them too, so they can't take responsibility for their own life choices. Who wouldn't think you could get a concussion in wrestling? these people don't deserve to work for WWE.
